"There is a great amount of nuance and self-defining (and redefining) when it comes to success, as I’ve had to learn time and again." Yes - I'm learning this too.
OMG this question → "When I’m stressed and feel like I need to rest, do I actually need to take action?"
I've been thinking about this so much recently, specifically in the context of my workouts. I'm often decidedly *unexcited* to get moving, and my de-facto response is to take it super easy ... and sometimes, that's great! But other times, what I actually need is to push myself—past that initial inertia/resistance hump, to a level where I can actually access *more* of the energy and motivation that make moving my body muchhh more enjoyable. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It always come back to that discernment muscle!

Yes! I love the permission it gives! And the playfulness of exploring what ideas I’m drawn to that day. Thanks for reading!!
